About Us

Are you ready to transform mental health in your community—on your terms?

I’m Dr. Marcel Westerlund, and my team and I work hand-in-hand with Indigenous communities to design mental health courses that are as unique as the people they serve. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all programs. Instead, we listen deeply to your stories, your strengths, and your goals.

Together, we blend your community’s wisdom and cultural practices with the latest in psychiatric science. The result? Custom, evidence-based courses that honor your heritage and empower your people—delivered under your community’s own name.

Our approach is collaborative, respectful, and flexible. We help you launch programs faster and more affordably, ensuring the solutions belong to you and are shaped by you, every step of the way.

For Māori in New Zealand, at least 200,000–270,000 people could benefit from our courses each year, especially those experiencing moderate psychological distress or unable to access other services.

For Sámi in Sweden, 6,000–10,000 people (and potentially up to half the population over time) could benefit, particularly among high-risk groups such as reindeer herders and youth.
